Calling Canadian STEM students from coast-to-coast.
How do you take a successful event to the next level?
Take it to the extreme!
After the thumping success of Extreme Labs 2015 at four Ontario universities and finding a successful research scientist intern, 3M Canada has decided to expand the experience: Packing our bags and hitting the road again.
This time, we are going coast to coast to answer the question, “Can a bond made of tape survive a sledge hammer?”
What You Need to Know About the 2016 3M™ VHB™ Tape Extreme Labs
3MTM VHBTM Tape Extreme Labs is back and will be visiting the University of British Columbia (September 26), the University of Calgary (September 28), Dalhousie University (October 11) and the University of New Brunswick (October 13.)
This, one-day-only event introduces students to the revolutionary 3MTM VHBTM Tape and experience its strength with the help of hands-on experiments as well as gives them a chance to apply to be a 3M Canada Research Scientist Intern. The internship will be at our 3M Canada laboratory.
STEM Students: Get Your Chance at a Dream Engineering Internship by Attending 3M™ VHB™ Tape Extreme Labs
Last year, Emmett was the successful 3MTM VHBTM Tape Extreme Labs research scientist intern. During his four-month long internship, he worked alongside 3M experts and engineers at our London, Ontario located lab.
Now, another engineering student from one of the four universities will have a chance to broaden their horizon and gain valuable experience working with 3M after attending a 3M™ VHB™ Tape Extreme Labs event.
