- What’s the difference between the Post-it® Flex Write Surface and the Post-it® Dry Erase Surface?
Post-it® Dry Erase Surface is designed to work only with standard dry erase markers. Post-it® Flex Write Surface is designed to work with dry erase and permanent markers.
- What types of surfaces does Post-it® Flex Write Surface work on?
Post-it® Flex Write Surface will stick to a variety of primed and painted drywall, painted metal, glass, finished wood, and existing whiteboards or chalkboards. It is not recommended for use on unprimed drywall, cinder block, brick, wallpaper, and heavily textured or delicate surfaces.
- How do you use Post-it® Flex Write Surface?
Write on Post-it® Flex Write Surface with dry erase marker or permanent marker. When you’re done, wipe away the dry erase marker with the cloth provided. Spray the permanent marker with water (no chemicals needed) and wipe it away using the cloth provided.
- Can I resurface old chalkboards or whiteboards with Post-it® Flex Write Surface?
Yes, it is great for resurfacing existing chalkboards and whiteboards. Prior to installing the product, chalkboards and whiteboards should be thoroughly cleaned to remove dust, debris, and cleaning chemical residue.
- Is this product available in different sizes?
Yes. Post-it® Flex Write Surface is available in sizes for professional and commercial use, such as larger, full-wall applications, as well in a variety of sizes for small-scale applications. It is available in four sizes to suit every need: 3 ft x 2 ft; 4 ft x 3 ft; 6 ft x 4 ft; and 8 ft x 4 ft. For full-wall installations, the bulk size, 50 ft x 4 ft (15.2 m x 1.2 m), roll of Post-it® Flex Write Surface is recommended.
- Are there instructions on how to install Post-it® Flex Write Surface?

- How long does the product last on a surface?
Post-it® Flex Write Surface is backed by a 3-year limited warranty. Follow the recommended use and maintenance instructions to extend the life of the product and reference the warranty information provided.
- Will it damage the walls or paint after I remove it?
Post-it® Flex Write Surface can be removed without damaging the surface it is sticking to, if the installation instructions were followed. Follow the recommended removal instructions.
