James Beswick

[enBio=James joined 3M eight years ago and currently supports Research and Development Operations as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Having lived with a physical disability and seeing how mental disabilities affect those around him, James joined 3M Canada’s Abilities First Employee Resource Group and is currently its Chair.
